Hydraulic pumps are mechanical devices that convert mechanical power into hydraulic energy. They generate flow with enough power to overcome pressure induced by the load. Hidros offer group 20 hydraulic pumps with different specifications.
Hydraulic motors are rotary actuators that convert hydraulic, or fluid energy into mechanical power. They work in tandem with a hydraulic pump, which converts mechanical power into fluid, or hydraulic power. Hydraulic motors provide the force and supply the motion to move an external load. Hidros provide complete line of low speed, high torque hydraulic motors for agricultural, mobile and industrial applications. In MR series, the rollers in the gear rim reduce local stress, spread the tooth load over their projected area and reduce the tangential reaction forces on the inner gear reducing friction to a minimum. This gives long operating life and better efficiency even at continuous high pressures.
Directional control valves are one of the core elements in a hydraulic system. They help directing the fluid to different components in the system. Directional control valves perform only three functions: Stop fluid flow Allow fluid flow Change direction of fluid flow. There is a part called «spool» inside control valve which can be operated mechanically or electrically. The movement of the spool lets oil flow or blocks the oil flow in other words it controls the movement of fluid. Hidros provide monoblock directional control valves with different capacities and spool control options.
Hydraulic power units (sometimes referred to as a hydraulic power pack) is a self-contained system that generally includes a motor, a fluid reservoir, and a pump. It works to apply the hydraulic pressure needed to drive motors, cylinders and other complementary parts of a given hydraulic system. Hidros provide mini power packs up to 5.5 kW in standard range. Hidros also offer wide range of solutions suitable for different applications such as tippers, dock levelers, car lifts, stackers, wheelchair lifts and more.
