Emniyet Sanayi s journey began in 1958 when our founder Halil BAŞTUĞ, pioneered the production of combine harvester spare parts, marking a first in Turkey. Emniyet Sanayi, as the largest producer and exporter of combine harvester spare parts in the country, continues its activities today with the registered domestic and international brands ES, Gagri, and Kara Halil. Emniyet Sanayi s product range includes axles and axle heads, engine head tailshaft knife-edged transmissions, transmissions, shafts, gears, pulleys, and discs for Claas, New Holland, John Deere, Laverda, Deutz-Fahr, Sampo Rosenlew combine harvesters, as well as Gallignani, Claas Merkant, Welger, Cicoria, John Deere balers. It also manufactures bearings, bushes, hydrostatic shafts and heads, elevator transmissions, pouring transmissions, and spirals. Since its establishment, Emniyet Sanayi, driven by the principles of quality and reliability, has rapidly grown from a 30 m2 workshop to a factory covering a total area of 16,000 m2, with 7,000 m2 of it being enclosed space. With an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons and production flexibility, the company serves more than 30 countries on three continents, establishing a service network for different brands and their extensive product range.
