ABOUT US / A WORK OF ART Şençoban Boya, which has been operating in the paint industry since 1977, created the LEADER PAINTS & COATINGS brand in 2015 and started investing in R&D Projects. Şençoban Boya has been the regional dealer of world brands and high prestige brands carrying out their activities in many paint and auxiliary product fields in Turkey. Our company has chosen the path to become specialized in producing protective coatings, general industrial paints and wood paints, through the technological and state-of-the-art production machinery investments made in 2017. LEADER PAINTS & COATINGS, which has been continuing its investments to increase its production capacity and quality, continues its new and different designs in its factory established on an area of 10.000 m2 in Konya Organized Industrial Zone. The company also carries out its product delivery operations at a different facility of 2000 m2 logistics supply warehouse. The company acts with the awareness that the priority given to research and development activities will bring in success. Developing technology is followed closely and the company adds value to our country through new generation technological products with a wide product range requiring customer-specific high-strength, aesthetic, anti-corrosive and high-gloss appearance.
