Pneumatic Precision Planter is a planting machine that allows the seeds to be placed individually in a rows, with equal distances from each other and allows the planting depths make constant depth during precision planting. The Planter models disc type and axe type pneumatic planters (Planter A and Planter D) for precision seeding of corn, sunflower, sugarbeet, cotton, soya and other crops is the ideal answer to the problems of modern agriculture in which maximum efficiency must be combined with minimum cost.
Seed Drills Mounted Disc is a mounted type sowing machine which can precisely and properly sow every kind of grain seeds (wheat, barley, rye, rapeseed, oats, peas, soybeans, alfalfa) on the row. In addition, it can successfully sow small vegetable seeds as spinach and parsley. Sowing units can be produced with double discs or axe type. There re models with fertilizer and without fertilizer. This is a seeder which can sow on ridge and flat land. seeds are delivered in desired amount by adjusting with gearbox.
FIRTINA model Fertilizer Spreaders are produced with double discs, 900, 1200 and 1500 liters capacities and 10-16, 18-24, 24-36 m working width.These mounted type fertilizer spreaders are mounted to tractor s universal three point linkage system and hydraulic top link.Spreading discs made from stainless steel material.Horizontal mixer provides falling of fertilizer onto spreading discs easily. Fertilizer spreading degree can be easily adjusted by means of hydraulic lift.When fertilizing the agricultural fields surrounding, the limiter mounted on the machine enables the prevention of fertilizing out of the field. The limiter prevents the mineral fertilizer to harm the environment and enables the most efficient use of the fertilizer.
Field sprayers connected to the three point linkage of tractor and getting drive from (P.T.O) are used for multipurpose plant protection. With those sprayers all kinds of field crops could be sprayed. By means of T-Jet or conical nozzles on booms, destruction of weeds and diseases which are affecting the health of plants like; wheat, barley, sorghum, corn, canola, raps, cotton, sugar beet, sunflower etc. is prevented.
Agromaster Baler is able to bale stem of wheat / stem of barley / stem of rye and oat after harvesting on field. It is able to bale forage crop as well by press system such as alfalfa, common vetch and trefoil (feed crops). It is enabled to bale serially by the help of balanced crank piston system and high piston stroke. The lenght of bale is rectangle type which is between 30 cm up to 130 cm. Pressure allows the control of squeezing on various degrees of the stem of plants. The secure binding is enabled to carry the bales easily. The high security binding unit is manufactured by RASSPE German Company and made of artificial fiber twine. Binding unit is easily adjusted. Two-way connection shaft is enabled to operate the pressure piston and needle regularly. The 85 cm piston stroke works through 100 stroke speed per minute which is maximum capacity.
