LEADER OF ESTABLISHMENT PURPOSE AND IMPORTANCE OF KONYA LEADER FARMERS ASSOCIATION The farmers association acts as a bridge between agricultural extension, manufacturer, and scientific research organisations. Enabling the use of new technologies by manufacturers and also problems arising from the use by passing it timely on to research institutions to make sure the problem is solved. From the republic years to the present point in time the agricultural sector through the use of new technologies used by farmers the unit area used has increased productivity per animal therefore increased the total production. Today, the world population is increasing along with the population of Turkey. To supply the population with good quality food products is one of the main aims of Agricultural Extension. However, as manufacturers use new techniques problems arising from their use is also increasing. Some of these issues are business administration, marketing, issues concerned with women, issues related to youth education, use of natural resources, a young population, employment and community development issues.Producing a lot of products has now ceased to be the main purpose has been the tool. In today s climate Turkish farmers do not know how to compete in a free market economy. By itself in the face of the market it is unprotected and alone. In order to compete producer associations, cooperatives and associations should be organised . An organised society is always strong in the market and has authority. İn order to use the technology on time and to be effective there is a greater need to be an organisation. As with farmers in developed countries, the productivity gap between farmers in other countries, training and education of farmers in these countries stems from the differences in the situation of our farmers in our country clearly reveals the importance of educational and training needs. Furthermore, Agricultural extension as discussed in organised education can be considered as a form of widespread education. From the most primitive to the most advanced in every community there is a continuous change and development. From the socio-economic aspects of social change the specific production of the community in the form of means to switch to a more advanced form of production. Another main factor of social change is to acquire quantity and quality of population. All these mentioned factors, in any society in a certain period of time has caused great social change. A society in a social change in terms of social, economic and political structure ,culture, social organisations and institutions are evolving. These changes brought along with various social problems, generally give the right way forward to a higher stage of society .
